So, you are saying if instead of throwing to Kelce they gave the ball to Charles and he ran it in for a go ahead TD they would have made up a penalty? They were going to stop the Chiefs from scoring no matter what? What if they had kicked a field goal? A penalty on a field goal would not have taken them out of field goal range. Would they have kept giving penalties until they were out of range?
You have any evidence of this at all, other than your imagination?
