Respecting other people is key to civilization. No one is like you and no one is like me. There are people in between and people far beyond.
Once most people in this day and age become parents, their world changes. What seems "weird" becomes not so weird. What becomes important is that your child is happy. No parent wants to see their child in pain and I can't imagine how difficult it would be to see a child confused about their gender during childhood, puberty and into adulthood.
Some people would ignore it and push their child away. Fortunately, more people are aware and have more information to help their children through such issues.
I know you prefer to play "Captain Caveman" on Chiefsplanet and prefer to live outside of society but I'd like to think that if you had a child with such issues, you wouldn't be a giant dickhead.
