Excellent on salmon:

1 T of finely minced onion
1/3 C mayo
1/3 C sour cream
1 T dried dill (or more)
Lemon, Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
