A bit more info than what Rotoworld provided:

Another controversy that has Jameis Winston's name all over it...

In what has been an already difficult season for the Seminoles, with it's star player/starting QB Jameis Winston having his character questioned almost weekly, the crab legs and the "rape" controversy in the summer and the game suspension for yelling obscene words ... Things seemed to quiet down this past week, after that great comeback in 2nd half vs Louisville (keyword: 2ND HALF) as Jameis was brilliant and kept Florida St undefeated this year.

And now this is where the story gets kind of murky for the "Superstar" QB ... For a few days, IBN has been in contact with a bookmaker, based in Alabama, who gave us some intriguing information concerning Winston's former high school teammate Chris Rabb (close friend of Jameis) and some "Alleged" underhanded actions. And here is what he had for us :

• Bookie of Chris Rabb (Former HS Teammate) of Jameis Winston is "alleging" that they shared gambling account together since beginning of October.
• They bet on NFL/CFB/NBA/MLB (nothing crazy).
• The bookie claims Chris Rabb squared up weekly on wins or losses.
• Account is run through local bookie in Birmingham,Alabama (internet/phone wagers accepted also in person). Bookie had no knowledge of Winston's connection to account when Chris Rabb approached him about setting up active wagering account.
• Bookie gave Chris Rabb Limit of $1,000 per week (nothing big here), allowed to make max wager of $400 on straight plays (On Internet) / $300 on teasers : only way to get more max bet for individual game is to meet bookie in person with cash at least 60 minutes before that particular game starts.
Ex Teammate asked for permission to bet $5,500 on Louisville (1st Half), told to have funds available before game time (Note: biggest bet he made since opening account in October)
• Bookie meets with Chris Rabb morning before Louisville / Fla St game and receives $5,500 from Mr Rabb with instructions to bet Louisville +1 (1st Half) -110 to win back $5,000. Bet was placed and Louisville won 1st Half vs Fla St (21-7). Mr Rabb is now suppose to receive $5,000 for winning bet + his $5,500 initial bet (square up day is Tuesday)
• Bookie gets information late Sunday night that he's been "Played for a fool" as Mr Rabb and Jameis Winston are former teammates and conspired together on the above mentioned first half wager. Bookie wants no part of paying the debt. (i think he should pay he took the bet he knows the risk... just my opinion)
• Bookie is claiming he has betting screenshots of the bet and proof it's Mr Rabb's account (look below for all bets placed last week)

Now does this mean we have a scandal on our hands? Does this mean Jameis Winston is gambling (crazier things have happened)? This certainly all could be a coincidence that a former HS teammate and close family friend (Chris Rabb) made his biggest bet ever ($5,500) on game where his friend (Jameis) had probably his worst half ever in college... it's all just a coincidence right? The following are the screens provided to IBN (click on them to get the larger version) :

And the first thing that crosses our minds is situation that concerned former Clemson QB Tajh Boyd. IBN learned from sources back then that Boyd owed over $80,000 in unpaid gambling debts. Of course, Boyd and Clemson denied the story, trying to prove that the QB was clean off the field. Only trouble was when NFL teams investigated the claims they found some links to gambling within his inner circle of friends and it raised such a red flag that most NFL teams wanted nothing to do with him.. Quote from NFL source: "Proof of any gambling by Tajh was never uncovered , but we did uncover several shady characters in his inner circle that had ties to illegal gambling". How did Boyd's situation workout? Boyd now plays with the Boston Brawlers in the Fall Experimental Football League. Will the NFL overlook this with Winston's status as a Heisman Trophy winner and a BCS champion? Or will Jameis get the Tajh Boyd treatment? Remember this could be all just a "Coincidence"

*Update* As of 9:45 AM est.. IBN attempted to reach out to Chris Rabb via phone and someone did answer the cell phone, we asked if he had any comment on "alleged" gambling rumors that involved him and his former high school teammate Jameis Winston, his answer was brief "**** boy how did you get my number?.. mind your business boy" that's when the phone hung up.

*Update* And for those who wanted to know how close Chris Rabb and Jameis Winston are ... Here's a story written by Ray Glier on Bleacher Report confirming that Winston and Rabb ARE very close.

*Update* Western Union paperwork with Jameis Winston's name accepting cash before Thursday's game vs Louisville "Allegedly" being shopped around to major media outlets. - See more at: http://ibnsportswrap.com/article.php....N94NObUB.dpuf
I had no idea that Tajh Boyd got in trouble for something very similar with less evidence and was blacklisted from the NFL. So, would you want Winston as your starting QB?

Rape allegation
Stealing crab legs
Autographs
Yelling vulgar things in public
and now this and who knows how much more?

Do you think any team will draft him if he comes out this year?
