He made the playoffs and won a playoff game with Tim Tebow as his QB. He's a helluva coach.
Seriously, Fox took a team who went 4-12 the year before he got there and led them to three division titles and a Super Bowl appearance in his first three years. He has also had to replace an offensive and defensive coordinator and did it without the team missing a beat. That screams good coaching.
