What you don't want to do is load a round into to chamber and then release the magazine and load it with one more round doing a 10 + 1 thing. For whatever reason, having that magazine spring fully compressed is not good on it.
Has anyone else heard this theory?

I walk around with my XDS fully loaded with one in the pipe and it fires flawlessly when I take it to the range.
That's only 2 years worth of data, but it's a start.
