I just started doing paused squats. Holy hell.I don't do them weekly yet though. Trainer has me substituting them for back squats once per month right now. Front squats are what I hate the most.
I'm liking bench. Probably because it's something that I know I need to work on, thus it's a weekly goal of trying to do better.
