What they ask my former boss is what I did there, what did I do with this part of the work, what was accomplished. I got past the technical interview, the offer has been made but they still want to check that what I did on the resume is what I actually did.
I hear that rarely do they ask anything that will be negative. Like Rainmans comment, its read between the lines.
