I doubt it's just limited to Denver, but Denver uses it the most IMO.

On the final drive of Denver they didn't even try to hide it. They pretty much said,"Throw the flag if you have the balls".
Sanders flat out blasted the defender before the ball was released.
Oh well, it doesn't get called. At least the Chiefs started getting physical with their bullshit.
