All very reasonable. We have a literal mountain of books on every topic from getting pregnant to breastfeeding to raising kids......ANd we pretty much do a Bruce Lee "Jeet Kune Do" style of trying a bunch of methods and seeing which one actually works for us, our situation and our kid...
We have friends that are WAY more strict than us, WAY more lax than us.......usually we are pretty much right in the middle on that scale...Like bed-times, TV, etc..... But I have seen good results from lots of different styles....Theres no real right or wrong....(well except beating your kid till blood comes out...OOPS...)
