Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, for some that might be true, but for others, it was perfect. Like i said, a little creative cutting and everybody got what they wanted from one huge steak.
As for grill, no... My grill grate temp can barly get to what a great steak need, much less hold it through the opens needs to for the turns. Next will be the infrared side-searer, I think I can get it done on that puppy...
