Assuming that his position coach is correct (which I am because if you've ever listened to a Doug Pederson interview, everything is ALWAYS "great" and they're "just working on the little things") Fisher won't be able to dramatically improve during the season.

His shoulder problems are driving some problems with technique. But his technique needs a ton of work too. As many have said, he tends to lean into his blocks. I don't think Fisher will dramatically improve. I think has been bad but not as terrible as some have made out to be. And I think he should progress to passable with a bad shoulder.
More than anything, I believe that more and more experience is what will drive improvement. Can't do anything about him getting overpowered. But there are plenty of mistakes he's made the first 2 games that will be fixed once he has a better understanding of how to play the position on a pro level.

He needs offseason weight work. So it's going to be ANOTHER year, at least, before we finally get to see what he can really be.

This season, I don't really care about him playing like a first round pick. I just want him to be average. I think he can do that. We have to stop judging him like a 1.1 pick. The pick sucked, period.
