Yeah, I do. Granted, the lottery could have easily just landed him in Minnesota anyway. But he landed in a spot I said even before the draft was the perfect situation for him. If we were talking about Jabari Parker or Embiid, I would say that Minnesota would be a good situation for him. I don't feel the same about Wiggins. I think he will be fine. But I think he's a guy who could have slowly turned into a star. I just hope the pressure he'll face being the go to guy won't get to him.
Or who knows, maybe it forces him to develop a killer instinct. Maybe he's tougher than I think he is. We'll see. I like the kid and have nothing against Minnesota so I hope he succeeds.
