It's an accident, for sure. He didn't mean to do it. But he did mean to make a point.... and it ended in a death.

I was watching FoxSports1 Sunday night. They had a legal expert on, and he was discussing this scenario. Said this is 2nd degree manslaughter, and he expects Stewart will be charged in a week or two with this count.
