I never said it was fact. Just as there is no evidence that he did anything malicious, there's also no evidence to the contrary. Just because you think he's innocent doesn't mean he is. Just because I think he made a stupid mistake, doesn't mean he did. That's why it's called an investigation. Don't be a dick.
