I think it's a federal law that the narcs can only be issued one month's worth at a time to curb abuse. Also, you have to physically pick up the 'scrip.


Your wife's a strong lady to make it that long without. My pain specialist gives me 'scrips' for 3 months worth whenever I go in. She just makes sure to date the 'scrip in advance.
