By the way - w/o even mentioning the thread - I get a text from my mom earlier - it's a picture of this mammoth pork tenderloin on bun w/ humongous quartered potatoes that she fried - That dinner looked amazing. By the way - I know everyone thinks their mom can cook better than anyone else - I get that concept - but my Mother can seriously throw down some tasty cuisine. Talented like you wouldn't believe.
