But to me it's the process and maybe struggle to score (usually)... Such a fun test of endurance. These guys must just be in fabulous condition to run like that for the length of time they do. I realize they still rotate players. Just doesn't seem as often as they do in maybe Basketball or something of the sorts.

Three (usually) substitutions per game allowed. If you leave the field you can't come back so it's not rotation like in basketball. Very fit guys. If you want to see all round great fitness/strength some of the rugby guys (league and union) are the best. They usually win all the ex-pro sportstar charity fitness comps. Speed, strength and endurance. Tough game...
