Here is my roster:

C: Montero
1B: Votto (DL), Hosmer
2B: Kendrick
SS: Bogaerts
3B: Zimmerman (DL), Chisenhall
OF: Puig
OF: Choo
OF: Holliday
Util: Taveras (OF)
B: Eaton (OF)
B: Lowrie (2B/SS)
B: Perez
Prospect: Javier Baez (SS)

SP: Sale
SP: Minor
RP: Papelbon
RP: Chisek
B: Bailey
B: Shields
B: Pomeranz

25 IP minimum every week. Ratios are more important, as if you have a few good starts you are almost guaranteed to win L, and the three ratio stats

How would you go about improving that team?
I'd dump a bench player (probably your spare catcher) and pick up an elite non-closer reliever, if there are any available. Will help with your ratio stats and probably vulture some wins, too.

Wait - can you only start 2 SP and 2 RP at a time?
