I'm certainly on the thinner side now but that's the way I want to be (and I'm certainly not rail thin).
This does give me another chance to complain about the stupid BMI chart though. Technically, at 195 I am overweight.

If I were rail thin I could probably drop down to 170-175 ish. How does anyone consider 144 "normal" for a 6'2" man?
