When I was much younger, I was working at a place, and this girl I worked with came in wearing an outfit that I'm sure was meant to be pajamas. The only think missing was the footies. it was literally the fluffy material, and matching top and pants.
I thought we were close enough that I could rib her a little bit, and so I would laugh at her and say, "Nice pajamas." I didn't even run it into the ground. That's really all I said, and I only said it once or twice. Later that day I get called in to see the manager, and she's sitting there, and they tell me I've been sexually harassing her. I asked what was sexual about what I said, and they bullshitted around it for a few minutes (the "manager" was pretty dumb), until i finally said, "I apologize that I brought up your outfit looks like pajamas. But if you are going to accuse me of sexual harassment, please take it up with the company, and make your case there.
