And that's fine. Clearly, as i've stated over and over again, you can't go below the speed limit in the left lane, just scoot over or get a ticket.
But that's not what we're talking about. We're talking about drivers abiding by the posted limit, which is what this woman was doing.
A cop isn't going to pull someone over for driving @ the posted limit.
"Uh sir, you were driving at the posted limit, im going to have to give you a ticket"
....doesn't work that way.
