Ok so I just looked into this and apparently they implemented this and had it default to show ads but I can opt-out. The problem is this... Tapatalk circumvents our one Google ad that helps pay server costs. In theory these ads are supposed to create revenue that Tapatalk will pay me... I say "in theory" because from what I have read, the people who run Tapatalk are notorious dirtbags who have had past issues with not ever paying people and such.
I think I'll let it ride for a month or so and see what happens but I may opt-out if it looks like it won't help offset the loss of Adsense revenue.
