I probably would not. You gotta remember there's going to be some really good options handy at WR, TE, and DL at 23. Dennard is still draftable at 4.5 speed, but not as much as some of those other great options.
If he runs a 4.6, he's all but dead to me. Slower WRs can succeed in the NFL sometimes, but slower CBs are toast.
