It's a PS4 exclusive I would expect him to talk it up - he does want it to sell well, and of course saying that it won't be on par with the PC version doesn't inspire a lot of people to run out and get your game when it's only a few weeks before release.
I'm glad the developers are liking the new systems, but I still don't think anything jaw dropping and significant in using the updated hardware will be seen for either console probably until at least around the fall of this year- which is fine, as it takes time and there's a learning curve.
