That's all great in theory.....if you're tied. Reid was doing the exact same thing that he did in San Diego....he was going for the TD that we needed. You would have been ****ing furious if he ran a bunch of time off the clock...and in the process....not scored a TD to tie the game. The only way I would have been furious about that situation was if they didn't score a TD simply because time ran out. Like they were ****ing around and burned through 2 minutes, & 2 time outs without even getting chances at that TD.
Time was a factor early in that drive - only because we had the entire field to go. Once we got the ball at the 20, time wasn't a factor no matter how slowly we moved.
