What? Nobody wanted to "conserve" clock. We wanted to eat as much time away as humanly possible while still getting the TD.
Do you try to NOT score if the opportunity is there? **** no. But you try to use as much time as possible. We are at the 20ish...try for a first down and get inside the 5 so that you can run the ball and score. Wait, we don't run the ball from under the 5 yard line.....we like to throw stupid passes instead of scoring.
