Same thing w/ Ohio State. The Big X is a miserable conference. Perhaps Michigan State gives them a game.

Yeah, it's all window dressing and premature. But if Missouri were to win out (not saying they will, just presenting the scenario), that would likely include two late wins against a top 15 team (aTm) and the No. 1 team (Alabama), as well as a third win against a top 30-ish team (Ole Miss).
I think that would jump them to the top of the 1-loss team list. SEC cachet, beating Alabama and all of that. Not worried about hurdling Clemson. And I think that would be enough to slip them past Oregon, too. Remember, the computers love them, and these three wins would only strengthen Mizzou's profile.
Really, it comes down to who the unbeatens are. Missouri wouldn't get selected before unbeaten Florida State or Ohio State. Unbeaten Baylor? It would have a good shot, IMO. Would be the same effect as Stanford hurdling the Bears in this week's rankings.
