If you need a new garage door opener, check this out. $98 on clearance at most stores. If you order online, it will update the price a few minutes after processing, so if it doesn't drop to $98, cancel. I got 2 of the 4 in Topeka.

I got one from HD for my third car garage, but a Chamberlain with Wi-Fi built-in. It's really cool to have.
