Should the Browns hire John Dorsey?
Am I the only one who thinks this is the biggest no brainer in the history of earth?
Cap space won’t matter for years, all those precious draft picks.... They suck so bad it’s not like anyone in that front office or coaching staff will be around next year. |
I think Dorsey has more sense than to go to work for that worthless franchise.

No.
John Dorsey should go into retirement and never GM or scout for any team ever again. Thanks. |
Of course, I doubt Dorsey would go there though.
|
There are multiple GM jobs open every year. Why would he choose the Browns?
|
It's Packers or bust for him....
|
If Kevin Costner can turn it around, I'm sure John Dorsey can too

Dorsey is a talented GM and the Browns would benefit greatly from it. However, they're still hurting from the big bag of fail Ray Farmer was. Not sure they're eager to dip back into that well again. Not to mention Parcells has his team so far up that team's asshole that I would bet that any coach or exec will come from the Parcells tree. For some weird reason, even though he is probably the single most responsible person for the Browns' repeated failures, they continue to dip into his well.

Paging the one.....the only....former ltgmips, "King" Carl Peterson.
Come back to the NFL, Carl!!! The NFL needs you more than ever! |

The Chiefs should certainly hire him.

I think the Browns are going to stick with their Brown/DePodesta situation a couple more years, which could be much to their demise. I don't know why you keep two guys that literally don't know shit about football be your team's leadership, but I guess that's Cleveland. I could see either Brown or DePodesta with a guy like Dorsey, but together it could be disastrous.
Hue Jackson though, I think his ass is toast after this season. |

If they were smart, they'd back up a Brinks truck to his front door |
