Also means Tim Miles is also probably gone maybe Erstad too. Nebraska athletics has been a spectacular failure.

Has Chip Kelly said he won't coach again or just waiting for the right spot? If the chips (heh) fell so that we got him I would be a very happy man. I was dumbfounded when they gave Riley an extension.

How far Nebraska has fallen the last 10+ years is crazy. They really aren't even mentioned as a threat to any decent B10 team.

Not to my knowledge but I believe he's not a huge fan of recruiting. I could see him going to UCLA or Tenny.

Kelly is a pipe dream
Whittingham and Shaw are also pipe dreams. Wonder if we could get a guy like Matt Campbell. It would be a tough sell to the base but he's a good coach.

Triple option and a top 10 defense is the winning way here.. Your just limited in recruiting here. Option can be run by instate kids and your 3 and 4 star athletes need to be more towards defense

Holy shitballs this is big. And a surprise at this point in the season. If you're Riley, why do you even want to stay? I can't imagine a scenario short of a B1G title that would keep him here at this point. Well, maybe 9 wins and a bowl victory, but that's just not gonna happen...
