I love DJ... he has been a great player for our team. I hope he comes back and is able to contribute and not just hanging on for the sake of pride.

We need to treat the DJ situation like we did Berry.

Everything he gives us will be gravy, so ILB is still our biggest need, which I'd address in free agency.

I'm glad to hear this. DJ is my 2nd all-time Chief and I'd like to see him go out on his own terms. If we get another year or even 2 from him, groovy, I'm all in.

Of course he wants to finish his deal, he's set to make 14 million over the next 2 seasons. I highly doubt he's going to be anywhere near the player he was when he gets back, so I doubt the salary is going to be worth it. Loved DJ, wish he'd hang em up so the Chiefs can use that space on someone that's actually going to be beneficial to the team this year.

Just watch our run defense improve 100000x when DJ is back along with the real men on the defensive line.
