I could only read so far into that wiki, wow... they were right there with Mengele and the Nazis.

Its always weird for me to think about where we were with Imperial Japan not so long ago, to now... where they've probably adopted more of American culture and maintained some of the closest ties of any nation on earth.

Shiro Ishii was never punished for his crimes (that word doesn't even do it justice). The West just gave him clemency in exchange for his findings during the experiments.

It's a very interesting ethics and morality dilemma.
