The step-son needs a place here in Springfield, mo and is decently earning (for a single guy) where he's currently at.

He's clean. He's engaged to his g/f who's about 5 months pregnant.

He's 21 and she's 19 (IIRC.)

If he so much as spills Kool-Aid on the carpet he knows I'll be there that weekend to make his daughter an orphan.

He doesn't drink, smoke, and the little ****er barely eats. He's all of 5/7" and 145 soaking wet with a pocket full of change.

If you have a lead, know a decent mgt. co., or could point me in the right direction for him all posts appreciated...

How much can they easily afford per month.
I know of a street that has a lot of rentals in the SW part of town, most of them are 1100-1300 sqft, maybe 40 years old, 2 br (maybe 3).

Republic, Battlefield, or Willard may be a better place, of course there is the commute.

He's looking in the $400-$500 month plus 1st month deposit (that it appears I will be paying so I'll be doing no less than 1 month inspections.)

Don't know if I can point him in the right direction but I can probably give him info about any part of town or certain neighborhoods. If he finds a place he's interested in holler at me and I can probably help with local info.
