What the hell? Steelers have already had their 2nd training camp practice?
 

We don't begin our training camp until August freakin' 1st.

I know they have to play the Vikings in the HOF game, but that is flat out ****ing stupid. They get an entire extra ****ing week of practices over most of the rest of the league.

Why doesn't the league just shift the HOF game to the day before the first weekend of preseason games instead of several days prior?

It would seem to me if the league's all about competitive balance, why would two teams get an entire extra ****ing week of practices on the year over the other NFL teams?

That would mean tearing down that shithole stadium in Canton. Can't do that!

IMO they (all 32 teams) just need to have 3 preseason games and that's it

Or they can keep them all, but charge like $20 to come watch, especially how you're not getting the full product when you go to see them.

The preason primarily exists to rat**** NFL STH out of an extra 20% of their yearly investment.
