Yes, that's true. I'm just not too keen on giving Dorsey the benefit of the doubt after the amount of starters he let walk last offseason. We're also a week from free agency and the only quality starter on our OL is without a contract. But hey, let's throw the bank at an average at best quarterback.

As literally one of the worst franchises in the NFL over the last 40+ years, I'm always shocked and surprised when our guys don't bend over backwards to give us hometown discounts.

They were mediocre starters (save Albert), and worth offloading to convert into Comp. picks. We didn't even drop off that much last year, except our receivers and Guard positions. ILB doesn't count due to injury.

I'm pretty happy with how it worked out, and will be even more happy when we get the extra picks.

Fully expect Poe to get the 5th year option
