I don't know how this is a coup for Denver... Where are you improving coaching wise? You move Gase up who is going to bring what? He was the OC...what is he going to do different? Plus you lose Del Rio.. I dunno seems like you'd be lucky to keep the level of coaching, and are probably going to lose insight and experience.
