KC needs to find an owner. Live NHL is awesome!! A winter classic at Arrowhead or the K would be a great time.

Don't want to see the NHL getting any more mainstream that what it already is at this point. Next thing you know they'll be wearing pink socks for breast awareness and highlighting the puck.

It's like a good fly fishing spot. Shoosh about it!!! Last real sport left.

The NHL should be contracting if anything.

Couple that with Seattle, and you have even conferences at 16 a piece.
Shame KC couldn't get in on that before Las Vegas.

Is that why the NFL wears the pink shoes and socks on October and has that first down line highlighted now, because of the Houston Texans?

I don't like the idea of pro sports in Vegas. The amount of people who go in and out of Vegas. Probably fill lots of seats with fans who could care less about the home team.

What they going to name them?

The Las Vegas Gamblers?

The Las Vegas Gutter Whore's?

Yes, and it has the perfect number of teams now... a good amount of parity without being watered down mediocrity like the NFL.

But, with such a terrible, terrible commissioner, I figured it was going to happen eventually.

So it appears the boys at AEG did build a new arena, and did get an NHL team for the city.


Too bad it was Vegas and not here, like they promised. Oh well.
