Carr brothers appeal death sentence
If you don't remember this, there was a big thread on CP about it.
The only thing I can find is this thread that mentions the crime and gives some details. http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showt...light=reginald TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - The Kansas Supreme Court will hear arguments next week in the appeals of two brothers sentenced to death for murders committed in December 2000. Justices have scheduled two-hour hearings on Tuesday for Jonathan Carr and his brother, Reginald Carr. The Carr brothers were convicted for killing three men and a woman on Dec. 15, 2000, as the victims knelt side-by-side on a snow-covered soccer field. The four friends and another woman who was shot in the head but survived were at a Wichita home when two armed intruders forced them to engage in sex with each other, then made them withdraw money from automated teller machines. Attorneys for the Carrs argue that the convictions should be set aside over numerous issues raised at their trial. http://www.wibw.com/home/headlines/K...235497741.html |

Kill them. They have been alive for far too long after committing those heinous acts.

Another reason why soccer sucks...
Thirteen years on death row? Too long.
Shouldve killed them within days
Release them. Courthouse steps. Noon on Friday.
life in prison. 24 hour soccer network in their cell.

I cant find a word that describes these animals....
****ing eliminate them.... In fact, let em out in and have the relatives hunt them down..... |
What is crazy is that the women they shot in the head and survived was a teacher in my school. Supposedly she caught almost every STD you could get from those pieces of shit raping her. A quick death is to good for them.

Has this really been 13 years? Jesus I'm getting old.
How were they not executed already?
Kill them.
This is where "cruel and unusual" punishment is well deserved, just like they dished out. Our laws are too kind. It should be a slow and very painful death.
Scaphism.
