Also, there are several online outlets that are selling limited releases in honor of Record Store Day that aren't a part of the Record Store Day release list.

I'm picking up an Insect Warfare/Naplam Death split (Earache online) and Seven Sisters of Sleep/Ilsa split (Interpunk), online only. I'll probably pick up some stuff for my wife (The Black Keys split) at my local.

In all seriousness, I don't even know where the local record shops are anymore, especially north of the river. The only place I can think of off the top of my head is CD Warehouse in Gladstone on Antioch. Place like Vintage Stock are apparently all the rage these days.

Well, I can't speak for much north of the river outside of Longboards, Red X, and UGene's pizza, but outside of the CD Warehouse and Vintage Stock you mentioned, it shows an Earwaxx Records on 64th and N. Oak.

I might roll down to Keep N It Real Records on State Ave in KCK just to see what that's like, maybe dip over to Mickey's Surplus with all this terrorist shit going on.
