Just bought these kicks, time for the gym. What shoes do you like for walking/running?

Are Asics any good? I was going to buy some, but wanted to get some opinions. I want to try different brands, Nikes are high, but worth the money. If I can get a similar, liable comfortable shoe for a cheaper price I'm all for it. The total for these were $140, which is usually in the ball park.

What do you guys prefer? Nikes? Pumas? Asics? Under Armor?

I'm cheap when it comes to sneakers and unless your doing a lot of running spending a lot on them is a waste of money. Kohls usually gets my sneaker money.

Yeah unless you are running or playing a sport,spending a lot of money is dumb on tennis shoes.

I've become a big fan of Keens.

I wore Nike exclusively for a long time. But their quality went down quite a bit over the last decade, while their prices continued to climb.
