Would you buy a haunted house?
 

There's a screaming deal on a haunted house not far from where I live. It's enormous, and I think I could convert it to an office given its zoning and a previous use as an office. However, there's the little matter of being haunted.

Spirit Orbs? Sounds like baloney to me. The building has amazing architecture though. Buy it and I'd show for your next Super Bowl party at the place.

my parents live next to a haunted house im certain of it. Nobody lasts more than 6 months in it. It's currently unoccupied if youre interested rainman

Seriously, I haven't seen the inside, but it seems like an incredible deal. Half the price per square foot that I'd expect, and it's in good shape. I walk by it often on my way to work.

Admittedly I haven't seen the inside, so I don't know if it's full of Redrum graffiti or anything.

It would indeed be strange to see a bunch of "your mom" jokes scattered all about. Frightening, even.

Tell them they can stay only if the help pay the morgage/rent.

I have on numerous occasions recounted my experience in the haunted house in Wyoming. It scared the crap out of me, but my friend that lived there got used to it. Of course, the "Major," as he was called, stayed in the upstairs storage room, and outside of making noise, didn't do anything sinister or harmful.

Sounds like this might not be the case in this instance.

Although I must admit, the idea of a series of Rainman/DaFace ghost threads would be entertaining as hell.
