Still working on losing weight but definitely getting some more muscle. Lews advice on upper/lower split has really helped I dont know why everybody doesn't do it.

Yeah as mainly use that of cardio and not weights really. Like running or cycling.

I’ve hovered around 173-175lbs for the since May 2017. I weighed 235 back in December 2016.
I was planning on running a 10K Tuesday around my neighborhood. I made that time in 54:14. Kept on going and ran my first 10 mile. Knocked it out in 94 minutes. I was pretty pumped. |
