(i couldn't even do anything that made my heart pump, as the hand would swell up for three days afterwards. hand exercises were good tho.)

and yeah, it sucked. :D

Well look what it did to BRC's hand. :) Did you sprout massive hair as a result too?

That looks nasty dude.

I couldn't make it through 1 ep. of Sons. Tried it again later and it was worse.

PLEASE NO SPOILERS.....I have a question as I just binged watched seasons 1 & 2 this week.

I was really getting into the series, thought season 1 was fantastic and dove into season 2 with much anticipation. Was not disappointed until about halfway through season 2 and I just felt like the writing etc. fell off a cliff and only got worse and on the season 2 finale was not even looking forward to season 3.

Okay so my question,is this series worth continuing and is it possible I just watched too much too fast(2 seasons in 3 days)?

Ehh, its a good show. But i noticed the same thing while watching it. Also, the plot is all over the place for the middle seasons. Watch it anyways, its surely better than most shows.

It’s worth it for sure. But it definitely has its peaks and valleys. I actually thought season 2 was one of the best. Most people don’t like season 3 just FYI.

It sort of starts getting repetitive the last few seasons though.

Overall it’s still better than network tv crap

I think most feel the quality fell off in the middle seasons but towards the end it picks up well. Worth watching till the end.

Season 3 or 4 has one of the best finales ever. It's been so long I cannot remember. Def keep watching Joe. Even as it gets a little repetitive later on in the series, it's still a good watch.

Easily one of the best tv shows of the last 10-15 years

You're just getting started, keep watching...

It's been a while since I've seen any of it, but my recollection is that it's pretty consistently a B+/A- show until a certain point*, and then falls off. I thought the last season was out-and-out bad.

*The certain point being (I'll try and talk around it, but spoilers anyway)
Spoiler!

If I remember correctly, the end of Season 2 involves the Irish Chapter then Season 3 is the Irish season? (trying to be vague here) I remember feeling the same way at that transition, but I ended up really really liking the next season.

I think Season 5 or so is when I lost interest, but I might get back to the show one of these days.

If i remember right, the bulk of season 3 was the Ireland season which alot of people hated, but then it ended on a very high note which led into season 4.

No, it's really not. It started off pretty well, but just got horrible in season 3 or 4. I stayed with it until the end, but I really shouldn't have. Beginning to end, it's about a C.
