Kerry Meier
Kerry Meier has been released by Falcons. I am not really a big fan but, taking a look at him wouldn't hurt.

This is my first thread. Bash away.

Kick them tires.

Chase Daniel will NEVER throw to him.
|
we should bring him in for a qb spot
|
i worked with his older brother at a pizza place a million years ago. might as well bring him in for a look too!!!
(that's the extent of my bash, sparky. we gotta start somewhere) |
Kerry is an old high school friend of mine. He quarterbacked our biggest rival back then, but we played summer baseball together. He's a great guy and grew up a Chiefs fan. I'm sure he'd love to get a chance here. He's had injury problems, but no one works harder than that guy...I know that.

**** OFF n00b! Had to :D
Kid will work hard. He's a heady player and will take a hit. I always thought he was slow, but IIRC he ran a decent 40. I haven't paid attention since his rookie season, but he got hurt. Got hurt his Sr year at KU too and played through 3 or 4 different injuries. He'd be good enough for camp fodder and see if he can beat somebody. |
ROFL
You've been here longer than me. But only have 69 posts. <---n00b....I guess.... |
Speaking as a Mizzou fan, I say I never want to see his sorry ASS in Arrowhead ever again.
Speaking as a Chiefs fan, I'd rather have Meier on the roster than Nate Eachus. |
He's a shit ton better than Will Franklin
*trollface* |
Word at the time was that he was a lock to make the team (and contribute) his rookie year but tore his ACL at the end of the preseason. I'm not sure if he hasn't played since then because of lingering injuries or because ATL has since stacked their WR spot.

Don't waste time on guys who have NO shot to make the team, nor should they. KM is one of those guys at this point.
The old, "he's a hard worker" line means nothing. If you're not good enough, you're not good enough. |
