Yeah, but it looks as if you still have to do 4 weeks and can't change the message. Kind of defeats the purpose of digital IMO.

Plus, you have to share ad space. Seems like the permanent billboard is the better option.

Yeah, the message will not change over the course of 4 weeks. We still need a new quarterback in the offseason.

Regardless of the way the message is delivered, as long as this is getting buzz from other meda affiliates (local news, NFL.com, Yahoo, etc.) it is doing what it's supposed to.
