Or run it like Ansports.com does it during their drafts: You get your time limit until it goes over - at that point your team goes on auto-draft until you log back in and switch it to manual. That way teams who are active can still pay attention to their picks, but teams that have abandoned the draft don't hold it up.

Yeah I had a team in league two. I'd like to manage one in league one as well, to help out. I'll be an active owner.
