By the way, how do you guys feel about the anthropic principle?

Are you for it, or against it?

BlackHelicopters 12-08-2012 11:18 AM

Tamba Hali hangs out in DC constantly.

FAX 12-08-2012 11:18 AM

Does it every bother you when you're watching a movie and you see a reflection of the camera in a window or mirror? Or like, say, a boom mic at the very top of the screen? Or the shadow of a crew member on a wall?

I'll bet that bothers the hell out of Mr. Demonpenz.

You know, these days there are precious few sources where you can get a random number. Not like the old times when there were random numbers all over the place.

That's why random numbers are so expensive now. Supply and demand. It's like chicken wings. Although I suppose with chicken wings it's really just demand. I have to assume that chickens have just as many wings now as they did 30 years ago. Am I right?

I'm almost certain Danan does not. He's not a big internet guy. He barely does email. Texting is the most efficient way of communicating with him.

JohninGpt 12-08-2012 08:57 PM

Mikhail Ricks' mother was on here daily.

Reerun_KC 12-08-2012 09:12 PM

Belcher comes on here shooting his mouth off all the time...

His posts are like bullets in the head, painful...

Brando 12-08-2012 09:35 PM

Warfield used to live in the "post here when you're drunk" thread.

GloryDayz 12-08-2012 09:48 PM

I'm sure they were lurking before, but the events of this season has certainly prompted SP to send his minions to read and evaluate each and ever post made here (a'la Beautiful mind). So it may not be past players, but you know they're "monitoring" more than ever and that's fun...

You are not following the story line here, I'm Black Bob and apparently many others. I just wish you people would determine that I'm CLX, it would make life easier on all of you. I've found that if I deny I'm Black Bob, Tom Cash, Gab Kaplan or any one of several others I've been called it just intensifies your anguish. If all of those guys are so hurtful to you why do you let them be members?

I think he and his minions do... Let's not forget, he's got an ego that few of us can comprehend, so I doubt he's phased by much of it. He's got the built-in excuse that seems to go something like, "If you're not in the NFL, you have no idea what you're talking about," so I don't think he'll ever get past that first go-to excuse to make himself feel better about all of us "little people" just being wrong.

But what do we know!

We can't seem to get past policing ourselves, so having 50K or 80K pasts may become a thing/status of the past. LOL, speak your mind about the folks in New Orleans (WAY past the obligatory feel-sorry-for-them phase) and you get labeled! So in an environment as wild as CP is, there's always been a certain amount of "wild west" going on in both the user and moderator communities. But for the most part, I thinks it's been handled well. Hey, nobody's perfect! All it means is that the term 'noob' is becoming less meaningful as people have to "start over" with a new name.

bevischief 12-09-2012 11:37 AM

I wouldn't know, but the honest answer isn't one that is popular around here so you play the cards you are dealt.
