Yeah it does. There's a link you can find in the last page or 2 (80 post pages, 4-8 pages on 15 post pages) that will show you the payouts. That little girl might still have a dad and they don't think that's important?

The cops should have put Belcher in jail for DUI and that would have prevented the murders...now, they aren't even gonna try to find out if the child has a real dad out there?

That's ****ed up and makes me think LOTS more is being held back in this story.
