Yep. Can't blame the GM that hires the garbage coaches, brings in the garbage QBs, or alienates just about anyone that works for the team.
I'd wish more ill-will against Athan, but he can't write a lick, looks like a god damn lawn ornament and is mentally crippled. |
|
Pioli will be on the next WPI cover!
You know what that means! |
We have to hope that Pioli uses triple-aught and that Athan is in the vicinity.
|
stupid article. Didn't even have to read it to know it was stupid
|
Athan if even Clay is now turning on you and calling you out, you might want to take that as a sign and go back to helping your brother w/ his catering company.
|
One more season to fix the mess? Why does he deserve one more season? We've been in the basement for 3 of the 4 years he's been here. No one wants to coach for this insecure mother ****er.
Nick Athan should probably ****ing kill himself. |
Jesus.....****ING.....Christ.....
|
**** you, Nick Athan
|
|
As long as Pioli is here, the Chiefs aren't getting anyone worth a damn in free agency. No decent head coach will come work for him and all of the Chiefs free agents this year won't resign with the team either..They will be looking for more money (which Pioli will not give) and better opportunity elsewhere.....Pioli is a cancer that needs radiated out of town..A new GM, Head Coach, resigning of our best players and a great draft is the only way to salvage this team.
Is Nick Athan really this stupid? |
Quote:
|
"Maybe he's learned that treating agents who have thorobreds...might land a few more of them..."
Is Athan suggesting that Pioli turn tricks? |
Imagine...people pay money on that site for Assclown to tell them how Peeholy's dick tastes.

Damn that was an awful article.
Pioli is the reason why we don't have Carr Pioli is the reason why we might lose Bowe this offseason Pioli is the reason for TJ, Baldwin, McCluster, Arenas, Poe etc.... Pioli is the reason for RAC Pioli is the reason for Cassel Pioli is the reason why we have not brought in any competition for Cassel in 4 years Pioli is the reason why Peyton would not even give this team the time of day Pioli is the reason why we are the laughingstock of the league |
Quote:

This takes going "full reerun" to an entirely new level.

The players he brought in aren't listening to the coaches he hired. Along with everything else he does that is enough

He's had 4 years to right the ship. **** pissholy, **** him to hell!

OVER IT!! Really. I'm entirely over it, and I'm getting to the point of converting completely over to the Falcons, by force. I would be thrilled if they had Carl still - after this bald, worthless ****. |

Quarterback and Head Coach- the two most important pieces on an NFL team. Cassel and Crennel are the worst mistakes of 2012 and it was predictable. Maybe not historically-bad, worst-team-in-the-league predictable, but it was definitely not-good-enough-to-win-anything-meaningful predictable.

Are those clouds or smoke from Nick's bong.

Anyone who can't accept that this is a dismal failure beyond compare in recent history is a battered wife.
"Scott Pioli only gets drunk and beats me on Sundays...and sometimes thursday and monday...but usually only on Sundays. But he always says the sweetest things the rest of the week".... Pioli runs the drafts, determines the FA signings, retains the current players he wants, hires the staff...then the new staff...and then the new staff. He's been a dismal, comic failure that makes the designers of the Hindenburg and the Titanic cringe. Hurricane Sandy got together with Katrina and feel bad for Kansas City fans for all of the stuff Pioli has F'd up here. Athan sucks farts directly from Hobo anus. |
Above his computer, Athan has an inspirational message from RAC:
"Right good callums." |
So he was on board with firing Pioli, but TODAY's game changed his mind?

What drug gives one the ability to butcher the English language like that?

The comments at his own board are good:
You've lost your damn mind. Nick Athan is a goddamned moron. Wow dude you really need to get your head checked. Pioli is going to become more humble then all of a sudden a great coach will beg to coach this team? I love how you wrote this and made Pioli seem more of a victim. He's the one that failed at filling the two most important roles - quarterback and head coach. That's on him, it failed in coaching twice and this qb is joke. Where have you bee the last four years? You've been saying every offseason they want to open the purse strings and either they are too cheap or when they do open it up no one wants to come here since he can't hire good coaches and he runs a terrible operation, if you think a change in pioli's attitude is going to fly with the fan base then you must all think we're a stupid. Really this story is a flat out joke. What a buffoon Athan is. Oh my god... Athan is a complete idiot. Oh. My. God. Nick do you believe those words or just angling for some inside information from him. No offense but that might be the worst article that I've ever read here subject wise. |
Nick Assclown Athan is the Matt cAssHole of journalism.
|
|
So Nick thinks that Pioli should be given another year and that they probably need a new coach. And that should be some list of candidates lining up for that HC job. I mean, who wouldn't want to work for a frighteningly insecure paranoid omnipotent megalomaniac in a lame-duck situation? All the greats will be knocking down Arrowhead's doors to coach for us, I'm sure. Gruden, Cowher, Jimmy Johnson, Ditka, Bill Walsh, Vince Lombardi....Pioli will have his pick.
Does someone or some entity actually pay Nick Athan to write about sports? If so, PT Barnum was right.  |

The more I read or hear from Athan, the angrier I get.
For the life of me I can't figure out why KC media continues to give that assbag airtime. He has been wrong on every prediction, every statement, on everything Chiefs. The guy is a fraud. |
This franchise looks like an episode of The Walking Dead, but Nick thinks Pioli can attract a quality coach and big free agents to be dinner for the zombies.

Flashback: April 2012 Draft
Pioli says Chiefs have three good QBs, didn’t need to draft one
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...-to-draft-one/ Posted by Michael David Smith on May 17, 2012, 1:15 PM EST Kansas City wanted to sign Peyton Manning this offseason, and when that didn’t work out, there was some talk that the Chiefs might draft a quarterback in the first round. That didn’t happen either, however, and Chiefs General Manager Scott Pioli says that’s fine, because the Chiefs don’t need a quarterback. According to Pioli, starter Matt Cassel and backups Brady Quinn and Ricky Stanzi have the Chiefs well positioned at the most important position. “I think that we have a really good quarterback,” Pioli said on WHB in Kansas City, via SportsRadioInterviews.com. “I think we have three good quarterbacks. I think the guy who’s set to be our starting quarterback is a good quarterback, he’s a good starting NFL quarterback. . . . I think as he gets more opportunities, Matt is gonna continue to show people that he’s a good NFL quarterback. It’s interesting. I’ve been out and about town with my family, and I talk to fans, you talk to fans, you hear different things, and there’s a lot of times where I hear from people — there’s people out there that don’t understand the criticism of Matt, or this growing groundswell in pockets of Matt allegedly not being a good enough quarterback.” Cassel didn’t look like a really good quarterback last season, but Pioli remains convinced that he is one, and he also believes Quinn and Stanzi are capable. And he said using a first-round pick on a quarterback this year would have been a mistake. “I think we would’ve been reaching,” Pioli said. “By the time we made our first pick there were three quarterbacks off the board.” Pioli and Kevin Kietzman of WHB got a little testy with each other as Kietzman pressed Pioli about why the Chiefs couldn’t have traded up in the draft, with Pioli at one point asking, “Are you going to let me answer?” when he felt Kietzman was interrupting him, and Pioli zinging Kietzman with, “I hope you become general manager of the Denver Broncos” when Kietzman told Pioli that he would have traded the Chiefs’ entire draft to move up and take Andrew Luck first overall. Pioli doesn’t seem to like the relentless questions from some in Kansas City about whether the Chiefs can win with Cassel. And Pioli surely knows that the questions will not go away until the Chiefs do win with Cassel. So Pioli just has to hope he’s right that Cassel is a really good quarterback. |
Nick Athan i hope he die in a fire while being shot with aids needles tipped with antifreeze.
|
This had to written by Reid Ferrin, because no one that has sat through the last four years of Pioli would write this garbage. Go back to Viking land Mr. Ferrin!
|
Pioli is reaping what he created. He does not deserve a pass. Its bedt for both KC and Pioli for him to leave.

/in fist with "THE DEAL IS DONE" |
I agree with the article in the OP.
***ALL*** the blame for the beginning of this season is not Pioli's fault. Some of it is bad luck, this team probably should not have started 1-9. But most of it is Pioli's fault. If he would have gone all-in on solving our biggest problem at QB the last couple years we may have given him more slack, but he didn't. He assembled a lot of talent and wasted it on a team without a QB which automatically means a loser team, and he was too stupid to realize that is a fatal flaw. Its not all his fault, but Pioli's been plenty incompetent enough to lose his job. |

He's like half as competent as Carl (no joke, look at Carl's first 4 years) and twice as dicky. |

Most ppl thought the chiefs would win the division. .. You can blame pioli for cassel and many of the other players but not for being so bad to be 1 and 8... That is inexcusable. If everybody thought the Chiefs were gonna be good and weren't. . How much of that is really the gms fault
|
**** this stupid ass article and the person who wrote it
